Billing Policy

AstroCore LLC Billing Policy

This Billing Policy is incorporated into the AstroCore LLC, (“theastrocore.com”) Terms of Service (https://www.theastrocore.com/terms-of-use/) and sets forth the billing terms and conditions that apply to your access and use of AstroCore services (the “Services”). In the event that the Terms of Service and this Billing Policy conflict, the Terms of Service control.

General

Upon signing, dating, and returning your Marketing Agreement, the Services will commence and all corresponding payments, as set forth in the Marketing Agreement, will be due and owing. These payments are due every 60 days until your “term” is finished.
All prices are payable in USD, and all payments are non-refundable under the circumstances that all agreed-upon guarantees are met, if any.

Payment Methods

All payments must be made using a valid credit or debit card issued by American Express, MasterCard, Discover or Visa, which must be kept on file with your Account (“Payment Methods”). Checks, cash, and electronic funds transfer are not accepted.
You are required to keep your Payment Method details and contact information current. By providing your Payment Method to AstroCore, you certify that you are an authorized user of the card.

Billing Cycle

You authorize AstroCore to bill your Payment Method in advance on a periodic basis for the amounts set forth in your Marketing Agreement, until the end of the Subscription Plan term set forth in your Marketing Agreement (the “Subscription Term”).
Billing periods typically begin on the day of the month in which your Account was activated (“Billing Date”). Payment Methods are automatically charged at the beginning of each billing period on the Billing Date.

Failure to make full payment by the Billing Date may result in suspension until your balance is paid in full. AstroCore will attempt to charge the Payment Method on file for 60 calendar days. If unpaid after 60 days, the Account may be canceled and turned over to collections.

Advertising Budget

By subscribing to AstroCore advertising services, you agree to pay a recurring ad budget to be used by AstroCore to place internet advertising on your behalf. Your Ad Budget will be automatically charged every 60 days and does not replace or reduce any other fees.
Your Ad Budget may not be lowered or paused while your Account is active.

End of Subscription Term
At the end of the Subscription Term, your Account will automatically convert to a month-to-month plan at then-current pricing unless you:
a) sign a new Subscription Agreement, or
b) send written notice of cancellation to info@theastrocore.com
at least 10 days prior to the end of the Subscription Term and receive acknowledgement.
If the account converts to month-to-month, you may cancel anytime with written notice. The account will close at the end of the current billing period.

Early Cancellation

If you cancel before the end of your term or if your account is terminated for a breach, no refunds will be issued, and remaining payments will continue to be charged for the remainder of the Subscription Term.
Alternatively, you may pay an early cancellation fee plus any outstanding balance in full, after which your account will be closed at the end of the billing period in which the fee is paid.
Data will be stored for no more than 90 days post-cancellation.

Fees

If payment is not received by the Billing Date, the following may apply:

Past-due payments may incur 1.5% interest per month or the maximum allowed by law.

Payments 10+ days late may incur 10% interest per month or the maximum allowed by law.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.

Each chargeback may incur a $50 processing fee.

Accounts sent to collections may incur a $100 processing fee, plus all collection costs and attorney fees.

Billing Disputes

To dispute a charge, contact support@theastrocore.com
within 30 days. You agree not to dispute charges with your bank for 30 days after notifying AstroCore to allow resolution.
If a chargeback occurs, your account may be suspended and may be turned over to collections, regardless of dispute outcome.

Guarantees

AstroCore may choose whether or not to offer a performance guarantee.
Example: $7,500 fee over 90 days, 5 guaranteed appointments = $1,500 per appointment. If Client receives 4 appointments, refund = $1,500 (unless otherwise specified in writing).
If the Client is offered a guarantee and it is not met, the Client will receive a refund only for appointments not delivered, unless a full refund is stated in writing.
